Wavemaker wins New Balance Media business in China

11th December 2018, Shanghai – WAVEMAKER China has won the media planning and buying business of international sports brand, New Balance. In a competitive pitch, WAVEMAKER were able to stand out through their speed of thought, energy and ideas, which closely aligned to New Balance’s ambition for China.

Founded in Boston in 1906, New Balance has worked to move the world forward for more than 100 years. The brand continues to challenge convention, innovate and grow. WAVEMAKER was created in 2017 as a next generation media, content and technology agency, with a purpose to create growth and a prosperous future for brands. Bringing to life the shared values and ambition of the two companies through innovative and effective consumer campaigns will be a key aspect of this new partnership.
