Wavemaker Maintain Workplace Culture Excellence with Best Places to Work Ranking
The consecutive ranking demonstrates Wavemaker’s consistent excellence in workplace culture, just 18 months following the merger of MEC and Maxus to form Wavemaker, GroupM’s largest agency specialising in media, content and technology.
MEC previously appeared on the list for three consecutive years, ranking 13th in 2017 for companies with more than 100 employees, while Maxus also made the cut, ranking 15th among companies with fewer than 100 employees.
This is the 12th year The Best Places to Work has been published by the list’s creator, Great Place to Work Institute, a global workplace research and consulting firm. The list recognises organisations leading the way in workplace culture, with two-thirds of the scoring based on employee responses to an anonymous survey.
