Challenge

Bebelac faces the challenge to attract people register to Bebeclub , at the same time, they also want to introduce the Bebelac Kalkulator Pencernaan tools & to drive people to the site so they know more about the tools. Unfortunately, many people are not aware off this since it’s inside Bebelac website. Then how we’re going to drive people use the tools?

Insight+Strategy

During covid19 situation, people are pushed to stay at home. Moms time consumption on mobile phone are increased. Opportunity to utilize mobile phone as a touch point to engage moms during this period.

Activation

Collaborating with inmobi – create new innovation for Bebelac – leveraging the click to rich creative capability to reach female audience and engaging them with expert through the chat bot unit.
Campaign started with teasers to make audience aware first with banner, then continued with launch of the chat bot unit.

Results

The 5.85% ER was the best so far – with benchmark around 3%.
