Don't Miss: Digital Content NewFronts 2018
Hosted in partnership with the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), the annual Digital Content NewFronts delivers opportunities to connect with both established and emerging content providers while bringing first looks of the latest in original digital programming.
The similarities to the original TV Upfront format are not coincidental. The NewFronts are designed to educate and encourage marketers to evaluate digital programming and video opportunities through a similar lens to that of premium television content. The 2018 event featured over 15 presentations including major players like Conde Nast, Hulu and YouTube, as well as newer entrants like Twitter, Disney Digital Network, and more. It’s also the first time the event will be bicoastal, with a second week on the West Coast planned for later this year.
More partners are coming to the table touting digital plus linear (or print) or multiple properties bundled together – think Viacom, Discovery and Turner. This is important because the need to scale reach without relying on single platforms or even channels is becoming critical to reaching consumers across the full purchase journey.
