Wavemaker has cleaned up at the 2022 Festival of Media M&M Global Awards. From being the most-shortlisted media agency, we were awarded 16 gongs across three Grand Prix wins, seven further wins and six highly commended nods.
Highlights include Wavemaker scooping up Agency Network of the Year, as well as Wavemaker India taking home Agency of the Year and Campaign of the Year for Mondelēz International’s Shah Rukh Khan-My-Ad. The campaign, which created personalized ads for local businesses impacted by COVID-19, was also awarded Best Campaign for Data, Digital, FMCG, Talent and Tech.
Wavemaker Hungary’s Empty Tables campaign amplified Pride Budapest’s cause and it was awarded Best Campaign Driven by a low budget, while Wavemaker US’ Less Talk, More Bitcoin, which was already this year’s most-talked about Super Bowl ad, won Best Campaign for Financial and Utility. Wavemaker India’s 5Star Do Nothing Coin campaign was highly commended in Best Campaign Led by Digital.
This is a brilliant achievement, building on the hard work, tenacity and creativity of our teams. Thank you to everyone who took the time to enter, to our partners and our clients.”
