2020 Planning Session

Team dynamics and the sharing of knowledge plays an important role in planning. The future makers conducted a provocative planning discussion to adopt new ways of facing the challenges ahead. The year began with the ‘Way Forward’ dialogue where all cluster heads and media planners could discuss their ideas and plans for the year 2020.

The forum was an interactive session which revolved around knowledge sharing and how to overcome challenges. Team members shared inputs and concepts that will deliver better outcomes for clients. We were given the opportunity to share upcoming plans & goals for the brands managed and some of them were recognized & expedited as innovations. Some ideas were further improved where the larger team brainstormed to curate novel initiatives.

Overall the planning session essentially created a platform to share knowledge, inspire ideas & unlock potentials to support our journey of designing the future of media in Sri Lanka.
